Donations and Fundraising

If you would like to donate to the Kelley Family to help with medical costs, please visit any Zion's bank location and ask to donate to the Brian S. Kelley Fund. If you need to mail a check, you can send it to:

Zions Bank, Santaquin Branch
120 East Main Street
Santaquin, UT 84655

Reference the account name on the check (or include specific instructions to deposit the funds into Brian's account).

Paypal Information

Log into your Paypal account.
CLick on "Send Money" tab
Enter BrianSKelleyDonationFund@gmail.com" in the "To" box.
Enter desired amount to donate
CLick on "personal" tab
Select "Gift"
Click on "Continue"
Verify the amount and click on "Send Money"
If you'd like to send a personal note along with your donation, use the message form at the bottom and then click on "Send Money."

You will receive an email showing the transaction.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you will need to create one in order to donate. To do this, do the following:

Go to www.paypal.com
Click on the "More about transferring" link in the "Transfer money to friends" section in teh bottom right
Click on the "Send someone money..." link at right
Enter your email address in the first box as indicated
Enter BrianSKelleyDonationFund@gmail.com in the second box
Enter the desired donation amount
Click on "continue"
Complete the form as indicated.

Note, this will create a Paypal account for you and store your credit/debit card info. If you choose not to have this happen, simply log into your new account and delete this information.
